Hillary Will is the most recent addition to the Dote Racing Top Fuel Team. She has three years of experience as a professional Top Fuel dragster driver.
Career Highlights
- She became the fastest woman in the world when she posted a 335-MPH lap down the quarter-mile race track.
- She powered her 8,000-horsepower, Nitro-fueled KB Racing Top Fuel dragster to a fourth-place finish in championship points.
- She scored three final-round finishes and five semi-final round finishes.
- She picked up her first NHRA national event title in Topeka, Kan., June 1, 2008.
- The 28 year-old brought home the trophy for the USA with her first international competition when she won in Sydney, Australia, last December.

Background
- Hilary began racing in 1997 at 17 years old.
- Her first competitive car was a 1973 Dodge Challenger that crossed the finish line at 99 MPH.
- She advanced through the ranks of NHRA’s Sportsman classes by winning races and graduating to quicker and faster cars
- Determined to make racing more than a hobby, Hillary attended the Frank Hawley Drag Racing in Florida in 2004
- She passed in her first attempt to earn her Top Alcohol Dragster license.
- Hillary and her family formed the Girl Power Racing Top Alcohol Dragster Racing Team where she was in charge of marketing, public relations, and driving the race car.
- The team found success early and advanced to five finals, won two races, and took the pole four times in their first year
- Hillary was then recruited by a professional race operation to drive for a newly formed team.
- She made her professional debut in 2006 behind the wheel of the Top Fuel dragster owned by Las Vegas businessman Ken Black and managed by Kalitta Motorsports, the multi-car team founded and owned by drag racing icon Connie "the Bounty Hunter" Kalitta.
- In her rookie season, she won her first Top Fuel event with a victory at the IHRA World Nationals.
- She finished the season in 10th place in Top Fuel championship points in ‘06.
Off- Track Accomplishments
- Hillary is a 2002, Magna Cum Laude graduate from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
- She earned a BA in economics and won the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award.
- During college, she earned scholar athlete status as a springboard diver for the Lyons.
- In 2007, Hillary gave a motivational speech at the North American International Auto Show to 5,000 students.
- In 2008 she did a rewarding 10-day “Support the Troops,” goodwill tour throughout Afghanistan and later that year, returned to the Middle East for a 12-day tour throughout Kuwait and Iraq.
Hillary currently resides in Avon, IN and is employed by Dote Racing. Her hobbies include running, yoga, reading, writing, and photography.
