About the Dote Family

The Dote Family, a three generation race team, started competing in the mid 80s with Lynn & Sue purchasing a 1951 Henry J drag car.  Mike Dote, Lynn & Sue's son, and his wife, Connie, soon followed in his parent's footsteps.  Mike, Connie and daughters, Camie and Joanna, began competing weekly.  After fulfilling their bracket racing goals and building great family memories, the team decided to take their passion to the next level.  In 2009 the Dote's purchased a top fuel team and enjoyed competing in 2010 and 2011.   

In September of 2011, Hillary Will was hired to pilot the family's TF dragster.  This move will make them more competitive and bring a new level of excitement not only to the team, but also to the sport of drag racing.  The team looks forward to a successful 2012 racing season.
